Isabelle Wu This gym has a great variety of equipment and is pleasantly quiet in the mornings. The staff members are always friendly and ready to help with any needs, which makes a big difference. Martin, in particular, was incredibly helpful as he assisted me with workouts I was unsure about and even provided a couple of free sessions, which was very kind of him. The gym is generally very clean, although it can get a bit busy during peak hours. Despite that, it’s a fantastic place to work out, whether on your own or with friends. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming fitness environment!

Hiam Sakakini We had a Basketball themed party for our daughter turning 9, and 23 of her friends. The team at NB went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensured everyone had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend any of their birthday packages.

Pat Tori How awesome I can travel between clubs, no need to fight traffic. Depending where Im working I can drop in for a workout. Amazing, fun & supportive staff. A great workout, I didnt believe I could get such great results in only 30 mins. Thanks Ladies
