I brought in some very special diamond jewellery that had belonged to my mum for restoration, and from the moment I walked through the door, Julie-Anne and Ronnie made me feel completely welcome and at ease. They truly go above and beyond—nothing is ever too much trouble. Not only did they restore the pieces beautifully, but I also had a couple of custom items created, and I was absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. You can really see why Klepners has been in business for so long—they genuinely care about what they do and about their customers. Im so grateful to have found them, and I’m already looking forward to creating more special pieces with them in the future.

I have sent contact forms from their website, I have sent a number of emails, and I have called them numerous times. There has been no response. It seems they do not want my business. Will be going elsewhere

1 /5 Felix Ustick: We took a number of items in for valuation and sale. We were offered $800 for the lot. All of the gold items were put in a bag and weighed. They did not seperate into different karat. Most of the items were clearly marked. When queried, I was told that it wouldn’t make a difference. We took the gold items to a gold buyer down the road and were offered $4600. Don’t sell to these people! The valuation is worthless if they think they can profit.

Had been knocked back by many jewellers when I phoned the week before to have my ring re-sized saying they needed minimum 5 days and it had to have been purchased through them, so thought I was in no luck. Walked in to Klepners with no booking and asked the question. They were very helpful and it was no problem for a resize in 2 days. During the process they informed me my ring also needed most of the claws re-tipped and re-rhodium plated (usually a 2 week job). Klepners did this for me in the 2 days and provided me a free valuation as well. I could not be more thankful, my ring looks absolutely stunning and it fits to perfection - this was achieved in 2 days without a booking. Very grateful. They also gave advice on wedding bands and can custom make them! I could not recommend Klepners enough, absolutely wonderful service.
