5 /5 Alexia Anne: I purchased my wedding band from KT Jewellery this morning, and the two lovely staff members helped make this exciting experience so very special for me. I gave them a brief description of the kind of style I was interested in, and they showed me a few designs and gave me their advice on what best suited my engagement ring and hand. My chosen wedding band which is simply stunning compliments my engagement ring and sits perfectly. They had a beautiful selection, and with their help they made it such an easy and seamless process to choose. I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful service. I walked out a very happy customer and will be returning!

1 /5 Tom Van Der Zee: Just went into this to get my watch cleaned and repaired as this watch has sentimental value for me I was prepared to spend whatever $ to get it wearable. The sales person (female) was very dismissive and disinterested in my attempts to explain what the watch needed in terms of repair ( I had previously attended this store and spoke to the same staff member regarding repairs to my watch and she advised me then that they didn’t do repairs but they send them away to get fixed hence I came back to this store on her information) as she was so disinterested in getting my watch fixed I asked her why she didn’t appear to want to help me get the watch repaired to which she replied “oh they charge money to get it fixed which implied that I didn’t wanted to pay for the repair and that wanted to get it fixed for nothing or free or she viewed me as not having the ability to pay for a repair. To which I replied who do you think I am and walked out of the store. I can only assume that the sales person is a relative of the owner or the owner as their attitude seems to exudes some sort of superiority in someway. I guess given this attitude to people who are more financially endowed and generally can afford to go to jewelry stores you should be definitely be detrimental to this business “ Millennials don’t buy diamonds”
