He is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely supportive. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel right at home. The group classes are a real highlight, lots of variety, great instructors, and an encouraging atmosphere. It’s easy to stay motivated when you’re working out with people who care. Marlene Haddad Best thing I’ve ever done for myself! Anita is just amazing, helps you strengthen all your muscles and gain your health back whilst also working on pelvic floor! Was worried about joining as I had a 4 month old and was worried she wouldn’t let me exercise but Anita provides play gyms and toys and even holds them if they are fussed. Couldn’t recommend any higher has made me feel alive again and given me so much energy, strength and good health

Dragon Health and Fitness - VIC

Adele Rule I started training here December 2019. Im 45 years old. At my first class of Muay Thai, I fell in love with it, I was sore for the first week, as prior, I was a couch potato for 3 years, so my fitness level was zero, in just a matter of training for 4 months, I lost 6 kilos & a level 9 in fitness, 10 being the highest. I feel so fit & healthy, I feel like I am 20 years old again, I feel Ahmazing. I am not the most co-ordinated person, I make mistakes all the time, but Paul is a very understanding & patient trainer, I cannot highly recommend him enough & Dave too. Previously, I trained at just a regular gym, after a while I found it boring training on my own, treadmill, cross trainer & weights, these group classes suit me more, training with a group & make new friends. Whether, you want to train for just fitness & get into shape, or train to become a pro fighter, all levels are welcome. Dont be shy, come in & have a try. Paul will help you to BELIEVE in yourself. You just have to PRACTICE. And. You will ACHIEVE!.

Wild Physio Fitness - VIC

David Toni Andrew is absolutely fantastic and has got me going on the right track to ACL Injury recovery. I live in Victoria and have been doing zoom appointments only with him. Despite this he has developed a program to get me feeling better than ever and hopefully a return back to skiing. Very knowledgeable and i love his simple research backed injury rehab methods.
