Andrew C Ive been working with Fia at Empower Performance for over a year now and can honestly say this is the best fitness and personal training out there especially for people with a busy lifestyle. Even though Ive been travelling around the country a lot for work, Fias programs have always been flexible but very effective. My cardiovascular fitness has improved dramatically and have built a leaner, more athletic physique. Fia herself is amazing to work with, shes so friendly but also very motivating. Even working with her online, she helps keep me on track and really focused on goals. I think it also makes a difference that Empowers trainers are competitive athletes. While you dont have to be an athlete yourself to work with them, that athlete lifestyle and mentality really has such a positive impact on clients. Thank you Fia!!!

Emily S Gymbaroo has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I can’t recommend it enough. It’s fun, supportive and informative, and Tian and Janet genuinely care about the mums and bubs. Tommy loves it and has developed so much since we started going. We look forward to class every week and will keep going for as long as we can. If you haven’t tried it, please do, you won’t regret it!
