5 /5 Mik S: Gotta be some fake reviews from way back because I’ve had nothing but the best experience working with the team here. I use castable resins to create my pieces and Lenrose is the only company I’ve found who can work with them and guarantee results. I just went to pick up a couple pieces and they insisted that they clean up the very very minor surface imperfections (kinda a given with the resins i use). They take pride in their work and as a client, I really appreciate that.

5 /5 Metal Bones: I highly recommend Lenrose and always suggest them to my students in the lost wax jewellery industry. The admin team is lovely, and David’s casting work is second to none - patient and incredibly helpful for those just starting out and unsure of the casting process. Their turnaround time is fantastic - I’m based in QLD and use Lenrose in VIC, yet even my urgent orders are processed quickly, keeping my customers happy. Cheers, Cass.

2 /5 Juanita Gallego: Rude staff, do not walk in as a beginner or student. I suggest just have your pieces posted :) they’re really kind online (shoutout to David Gabriel), however in-person customer service is not their thing, without a doubt.

1 /5 claudia: Do not come here if you’re a beginner or looking for any form of advice. Incredibly rude staff member in particular an older woman with glasses. Avoid. Snappy, rude & condescending. Tried to up charge for a service she wouldn’t even let me use. 1/10.
