1 /5 Janus Lee: Poor communication between staff and to customers. The quality of their product is also unstable. Was over in Melbourne for 9 days, went into the store at the beginning of the week, I wanted to get a ring that they didnt have in store, the lady told me they could get it from the warehouse and it would arrive before I leave Melbourne, so I paid for it upfront. Rang the store at the end of the week to double check, other staff members had no idea whats going on, so I had to explain everything again, she checked and told me its still coming and hung up on me...she had poor English and I dont even know if she understood what I said? called again the following Monday, as I was leaving Tuesday. It was again a different staff member, repeated the whole story to her and she told me the ring is still sitting in the warehouse... pretty annoyed at this point. They mailed it to NZ for me, which took another week or so. I was shocked at the quality when I opened it...the ring looked like a knock off, poor painting done and it gave a zombie kitty vibe. I cant believe it passed their quality check before sending it to the customer? If I was able to pick up the ring in person I wouldve rejected it. Had to post it back to Australia at my own cost (very unreasonable as I wasnt the one at fault) and chase up on the refund as their e-mail response was very slow. This was my first time and will be my last time buying a birthday gift from them.
