1 /5 Jazz Jazz: My previous purchases had been wonderful experiences, each time served by young and friendly staffs. I recalled they were extremely welcoming with suggestions, product information and super patient. The purchased items were also well packaged and the shopping experience a good one compared to other similar accessory boutiques.
I visited the emporium store many times and bought 3 times, but the most recent occasion resulting in a non purchase. Last week I decided to popped in to check as my cousin’s birthday is coming up. I was helped by a short haired lady who I personally think do not fit the role of being in sales, particularly your brand being a high end product. She was cold faced, gave short answers when I asked some questions, had a lack of product knowledge and seemed very impatient. After a short time, I wasn’t able to buy anything and didn’t want to because of her customer service (or lack of I should say). This visit was disappointing and I don’t think I’ll go back again. Previously I would spend about an hour because of the great services. It’s a pity that this store is like this now. :( It’s unfortunate to give a negative review but it reflects my recent experience that I want to share. I hope the brunette lady can show some improvement and be better trained
