Tia Rennie After moving interstate I did a lot of asking around (and talking to parents of CYC gymnasts at the gym) and everyone spoke highly of the club. My daughter has been here for 12 months now and we have been very happy with not only the level of coaching but the support and enthusiasm of the entire organisation particularly throughout the Covid lockdown period. Wonderful people and would highly recommend.

Jenna Sonogan Melsways is an amazing gym, and caters to people with all levels of Muay Thai experience, from experienced to never having done it. The classes are well structured and a great balance between technique, fitness and fun. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, making for a wonderful environment where everyone supports each other.

Veronica Thomas I have been visiting this studio for several months now and I love it!! I often go on a different day each week, so I have had the privilege of meeting all of the instructors and they are all wonderful. All very different in their own way, but each one incredibly warm, knowledgable and very engaging. The hour goes by so quickly and I always walk away feeling grounded, fit (and toned) and happy! Jess the owner is also a legend and has done a brilliant job with curating a welcoming /calming space. 100/10
