Mariana Fuhrer What an amazing experience we had with Arie yesterday at Aquanation Ringwood! I went with a friend who has Parkinson’s and needed information. Arie was sooo patient and helpful!! We felt there was no pressure at all. Thank you very much Arie! My friend can now weigh up what will work for her. I myself have ‘found’ a new place to go to! (All the staff we met were lovely too!) Stephanie arrott-watt I recently joined Chelsea F45 and am really enjoying it. After not having done much exercise at all for the last 5 years I was a bit anxious about my first session and joining. I thought I would feel intimidated due to my lack of fitness but in reality I have felt nothing but welcomed and encouraged and supported to get back on my fitness journey.

Terry Fearne Brand new gym that had just opened up . it’s incredibly clean, it’s got amazing up to date equipment compared to my old gym , bathroom, change room and showers are the perfect size . I found out hills Showgrounds on social media on their instagram page, they very active on their account , post everyday and have a great inclusivity culture involving their members which I enjoyed to see. Compared to the gyms in the area, i highly recommend this one if your looking for a gym . I got a very nice welcome by the lovely staff, Katelyn and hailey. I highly recommend chatting to them if you visit! Very kind girls and very easy to talk to. The complex it’s in as well , is very convenient, theirs parking and theirs a range of place to try as the whole complex I believe is new too, and it’s right next to the metro station. 100% would recommend !!!!
