Melissa A When I joined LTL in January this year, I was stuck in a rut of not moving my body, not eating properly, not sleeping well and constantly feeling tired. My goals were to lose weight, get stronger, build my fitness and learn how to make better food choices. I have just finished my 12 week program; I exceeded my weight loss goal and feel so good. I am building strength through my weight training, my fitness has improved, my posture has improved, my sleep has improved and I am eating good nutritious food and enjoying it. I am so grateful to Deanna (my trainer) for encouraging me, pushing me and helping me to realise what I am capable of. The whole LTL team are an amazing group of women; they are experts at what they do, encouraging, supportive and will hold you accountable. They will help you set goals and keep you on track to achieving them. Raquel has built an incredible team who genuinely care about their clients. They dont just write you a program and tell you what to do and what to eat. They work with you to understand your goals and create a training and meal plan that is realistic for you. Joining LTL is one of the best things I have done for myself in a really long time. If you are thinking of getting a PT, LTL is the way to go - these ladies are next level amazing!
