1 /5 Kajal Khatkar: I had a very upsetting experience at your store recently. The store was not busy at all, yet the customer service was shockingly poor. There were four female staff members present, but instead of offering assistance or behaving professionally, they were laughing and mocking customers.
I tried on only two jackets, and as I was leaving, I overheard the staff making rude and abusive comments, clearly directed at me, just because the jackets weren’t folded. One staff member in particular was extremely rude, and rather than correcting her, the others were laughing and encouraging her insulting behavior.
This is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be made to feel embarrassed or disrespected while shopping. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism from your team, especially when the store wasn’t even busy.
I hope this incident is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
