Genesis Health and Fitness - VIC

Jodi Johnson Genesis is the first gym that I’ve attended where I feel a sense of community. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. The staff are amazing, especially my trainer Brendan who has helped transform my life in more ways than I can articulate. I never thought I’d become one of those people who love going to the gym but it’s the best part of my day.

DxMT Lost for words with the amount of support this gum gives, the facility and the machines are always looked after. This facility is My-Zone Enabled so group classes can be extra fun chasing each others efforts! From Crossfit/INFHIT to yogo, every things great here.

Base Camp Strength & Conditioning - VIC

Shona Pallas After being away for a few years due to injury, coming back to Base Camp (although it’s still body change to me) felt like coming home. It’s so inclusive and welcoming. Everything is tailored to your circumstances and although there are a lot of ultra fit people attending (and they are my inspo), there is still a place for a 48yo with limited fitness base and a significant foot injury. Tim and Kass, thank you, you’ve created an amazing community and both Milla and I are excited to be a part of it.
