1 /5 R P: Horrible customer service. A burden to do their job. Will never come back here. Ive only ever had the best experience and Michael Hill Fountain Gate, Cranbourne, Bayside. Karingal HORRIBLE. The Team on today are piss poor.

1 /5 Catherine Kruiskamp: Purchase my wedding ring from Michael Hill for February 2022. It was beautiful, exactly what I envisioned, although I will never purchase from them again. I have lost a diamond 4 times in 2.5years. Thankfully I purchased diamond lifetime insurance so it gets replaced but what a hassle. I have basically been told not to wear it, unless going out for dinner and a diamond wont fall out. So if you have a luxurious lifestyle where you dont clean, dont have kids and dont have a manual job buy a diamond ring from them, otherwise I would go somewhere else. Very disappointed. If it didnt cost so much, Id throw it away and find a new ring.

1 /5 Carol Reid: I was given a beautiful bracelet for a Xmas gift and it is too small. I was told that the bracelet was fully guaranteed. It was expensive yellow and white gold. When I returned it to the store today I was told too bad you didnt purchase it so I couldnt get a refund or even exchange it without a receipt. Who is given receipts by the person giving the gift. I dont. I have shopped here in the past lots of times but never again. I now have a bracelet that will sit in a draw forever how good is that. Will never shop here again. Staff were really rude I felt like throwing it at them. This is not right.
