Piecrazed fish Irina from Cambrian Yoga is a brilliant teacher! She is patient, super knowledgeable and she made starting out on my yoga journey as a novice really enjoyable and comfortable for me. Harvey Cain Dean is a great personal trainer! I had a few personal trainers during many years of training but he is by far the most professional, caring, and knowledgeable. After only 3 months of training twice a week I can feel a big improvement in my strength and flexibility , I feel more energetic and motivated. The training environment is great with the benefit of training in the outdoor alfresco area under cover with fresh air, natural light, privacy and greenery. Very clean gym and relaxing atmosphere. 100% recommend!

Rico Wu Really enjoyed training at Shine. It’s clean, equipment is solid and in great condition. Most of all the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and are there to support & push you to achieve your fitness goals. Definitely recommend hitting up Howell the trainer if you’re looking to come here!
