Tom Hilton Imani is different to every strength and fitness program Ive done before. Other places will push you hard and fast to see quick results, but chances are youre going to burn out just as quickly. Imani helps people build habits that will see results in the long term - and thats the key difference. Theres no big egos here - Ronnie and Mel are focused, supportive and patient with each individual, and thats why people commit for the long term. I could train at gyms closer to home, but I choose to travel an extra half hour to come here each day. Its worth it.
