I first joined through the generous free trial Michael offers, and it was clear right away that this gym stands out. Michael has created such a good vibe where everyone is genuinely friendly and supportive. Michael is really thorough with teaching technique, building confidence and making sure youre having fun. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed real changes in my strength, energy, and overall confidence, and it’s been so rewarding to see the progress I’ve made.

I honestly did not think I would be able to stick with it, but the structure, accountability and fixed session times have helped it fit into my routine. Michael has been a big part of that. He is flexible and works around my family commitments, which makes the whole process much more manageable. He pays attention to how I move, adjusts exercises when needed and always keeps my goals in mind. The gym is welcoming and well organised, and I always feel supported when I walk in. I am very happy to recommend Michael and this gym to anyone looking a positive training environment.

5 /5 Cassandra H: What an amazing facility in a great easy to access location with ample parking. Michael is so lovely, and he has created such an awesome community here. There is an impressive range of brand new strength and cardio equipment with a focus on strength: and this was the first important point of difference to me in comparison to other group fitness gyms where the gym floor is often dominated by cardio equipment. The class numbers are capped and the gym is spacious and clean; you never feel cramped or like youre training on top of one another. The small class sizes mean that you get the best of both worlds: personal training and group fitness. The smaller groups mean that even injured, Michael can tailor your session for you in a way that is effective and safe. Odyssey is perfect for all levels of fitness and ability, and I couldnt recommend Michael highly enough!

5 /5 Christian Nicholls: I started with Michael to get some strength training to supplement my cycling. Michael sought to understand my goals and adapt training and diet for maximum gains. Since joining ive seen lifetime PRs in squat and deadlift (just havent tested bench yet). I initially was cautious and struggled to enjoy training. I look forward to each session, pushing hard and enjoying the challenge. Im getting faster up hills, finding the right foods to fuel and recover. Michael clearly loves what he does and its infectious.

Michael really knows his stuff, he’s super supportive but also knows how to push you to do your best. I’ve definitely noticed a big improvement in my strength and fitness since starting. The classes are great and there’s something for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or have been training for a while. If youre looking to get into a good routine or level up your training, I’d definitely recommend checking Odyssey out!
