5 /5 Rick Waterson: Walked in cold off the street with a last minute wrist watch resizing for a funeral the next day , I explained my situation to Connie who didn’t hesitate in helping me out even I know they are super super backed up with work . A short time later she called me and said my watch was ready . Can’t thank Connie enough and also the price was very very reasonable in today environment. Will definitely be using Pakenham Jewellers again.

5 /5 Tom Telford: Wonderful service from Connie and Elison and an absolute honesty when it comes to admitting their mistakes. They resized a ring for me but, because of the odd shape, the ring was two sizes too small. When I took it back months later to get it resized they fixed the issue promptly and at no extra cost. I wasnt even aware that my ring was under warranty and was willing to pay but they were generous with their time. I would absolutely recommend and will continue to use them for all my jewelry needs.
