Anisha One of the girl of this store was really rude. She didn’t knew how to give a good customer service. There was no smile on her face looks like she didn’t want to sell any products. She was rolling her eyes all the time and was very unpleasant. Never going back again to this store.

FM Khan I went today (Saturday) at 3:00ish and there were 2 girls working, one of which was so rude and does not know how to speak to customers. She had short black hair sort of a worlf cut. The way she kept on talking back when I was talking to her very nicely was rude of her. Im not one to ever leave reviews on Google but I genuinely did need to this time. However one of the other girls who works here some other day of the week I think is so sweet and such a nice person.

Tui Atkins Pakenham prouds store, the assistant staff are polite wonderful wecoming vibe & treat you like a valuable customer, I respect them 100% ✌ But the So called manager Caroline who was ignorant & arrogant" spoiled everything i do not recommend! Experienced one on one dispute etc Im grateful I found out before purchasing from this woman let alone investing my big money worth upon arrival. Was tempted to purchase but I will go to another prouds store instead.

Amy May Once I actually found it I was pleasantly surprised by how much was inside Pakenhams hidden gem. Parking out the front and very reasonable pricing and very kind ans friendly staff. Plenty of womens and mens clothing, homewears, shoes and room full of kids and babys clothing and another full of toys. Take your time and grab a basket was greatful to have my goodies bagged up at checkout to. Definitely coming back ❤️
