1 /5 Julie Brandt-Richards: I bought these rings and after 3 weeks there were marks in the metal and they tarnished. I didn’t wear them in the water and took care of them, so not my fault. So disappointed!! $200 down the drain and I don’t wear them because they look awful I tried to get a refund but nothing, jewellery shouldn’t do this and I will never buy pandora again

1 /5 Inessa Koreshkova: I visited the Pandora store today just before 2.30pm hoping to replace the backing for my Pandora studs (I lost the original). I presented the studs but the young woman working there (not very tall) dismissed my question without much thought and simply told me ‘no’ and sent me to Lovisa. This was incredibly frustrating, especially when they only had two staff members and two customers in the store at the time - hardly busy. (I was sent to this or Melbourne Central shop by Pandora DFO earlier)

1 /5 W C: Customer service does not exist in this store. The sales assistant Allanah was really unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable and judged. She had a very bad attitude. Whenever I asked to see something or try something on she would do it in a huff as though I was a bother to her. "You want to try these on?!?!" -um, yes, this is why I came into your store. The vibes were not it. Rude, unfriendly, and intimidating. I would love to know who the business manager for this area is because the customer service at this Pandora and the one in MC are both non-existent.

3 /5 Like G3mmy: I bought a necklace and ring today, and the vibes the Asian lady gives me just makes me want to leave. She literally rushed us a lot, but she was okay. However, I think she was lazy and skipped a few steps because when we left and went to a couple different stores, the alarms went off when I left. We went back, and this time, an older woman with brown hair was really nice and helped us out. They obviously didn’t admit it was their mistake but they didn’t complain and she helped us check everything ( without missing a single thing ) and even repackaged everything for us, even sticking another sticker so that the bag was sealed! Well done!

Ryan Shane Wow. I needed a watch repair urgently and found I live local to ash. I had my wedding on the Saturday and I wanted to wear my grandads watch on the day that hasn’t worked in years. I took it to Ash, his knowledge and care for detail with this family heirloom blew me away and did it right then and there in front of me. All I wanted was a battery change but he replaced the seals, cleaned all the components and got it looking great. We chatted the whole time and it was clear his skills in this dying art is something you can’t get from the little repair shops you see in the big shopping centres. If he didn’t live so close the other review on here nearly would have put me off but extremely happy I went. Highly recommend and already have plans to drop a few more bits and pieces off.

Karoline Jones We have been coming to Jonathan’s for years and it is the only place we will go for fine jewelry. Keifer is on it and helped source a rare watch for my husband. The shop is secure, they can make anything you dream up and they are the best price in town. All of my stones are from Jonathan’s and I love looking at them.
