5 /5 Steve Mark Eguin: Follow up to my initial review a month ago; I would like to personally thank Meredith for reaching out to my family and I after the incident from my last review. They have provided us with exceptional service and understanding through the complimentary 1 on 1 swimming session my son had since then. My son’s skills had improved significantly within a short amount of time. Big shout out to my sons swiming instructor for showing kindness and patience with teaching my son the necessary skills in his swimming lessons with you every week. The sessions has truly become a highlight of my son’s Monday’s after school. We’ll definitely continue with his lessons in the future until he is fully capable of swimming independently. 2 /5 Amber Turner: Really disappointed to learn that they have taken out the baby change stations out of the family change rooms. They only have one in the whole facility now, and one nappy bin thats in that change room. (So when occupied there is no where for the wet swimming nappies to go) I was considering joining the baby and toddler swimming lessons but this has swayed my decision. After waiting so long for the center to reopen and only to find they have made it less family friendly. I would have thought a council ran facility would have made smarter more inclusive discussions in the planning process.

3 /5 Ashley Moon: Reopened recently. Disappointed in the not so upgraded facilities. As parents we were then charged entry even though we still need to be in the pool with them. Never been charged before the upgrade. Someone please explain?

5 /5 Mitchell Hubble: Lovely food, fresh wedges, delicious bruschetta bread and a lovely handmade chicken sandwich. Good vibes, great atmosphere and the smell of the ocean. Highly recommend. Would come back.
