Tom Montgomery Aria is an outstanding PT at Fitness First Macquarie! He’s professional, motivating, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. Every session is challenging but also enjoyable, and he always makes sure my form and technique are correct. Aria takes the time to understand your goals and designs a program that’s tailored to you, which makes a huge difference. I’ve seen amazing results and feel stronger, fitter, and more confident thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who truly wants to see you succeed! And the new machines and new layout are amazing. The workers greet me on the way in and out.

Quangaaa Been to over 6+ gyms in the last decade and this is by far the best gym I have signed up to. The vast variety of equipment and machines is perfect so you’ll be sure to hit every muscle group. You can do any sort of workout and sport in this gym, it’s spacious, clean and kept at a high quality. Behind this, the staff are genuine and nice so you’ll always feel welcomed. Special mention to Andrew who is an amazing person and what he’s doing to run this gym is spectacular. He’s a real, straightforward and genuine man with one of the best attitudes and shows great care and compassion. Looking forward to seeing this gym continue its progress and its achievements.

Jules Young I absolutely LOVE Aqualink Box Hill. I swim in the outdoor pool all year round both with and without my adult swimming club. The facilities are amazing and also allows access for those with both visually obvious and hidden disabilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so very much!!!
