Tautoko Fitness Personal Training - VIC

Human My wife got me a few classes with Kal for my birthday. I was super skeptical at first but I have to say that Kal is amazing! I had a few injuries and kept getting injured while doing weights. Kal is exceptional at addressing both pre-existing injuries and keeping me from getting re-injured. I could not recommend Kal enough to anyone, especially if you find yourself getting injured or have pre-existing health issues that are keeping you from doing certain exercises. Thanks Kal!!
