Being new to Pilates, I was initially apprehensive, however, the amazing Staff include, and give their attention to everyone. Sessions cater for beginners as well as those more advanced. I have found the Staff, most supportive and helpful in explaining the techniques or answering any questions. The Studio is spotless, and has an inviting ambiance. If you’re thinking about joining Pilates, I can highly recommend Flex and Flow, Point Cook.

Amanda Huynh My favourite gym in the southeast! Jo creates a welcoming and safe environment to work out at any level that feels good. She’ll push you when you want it, but also hold you with grace when you’re needing a chiller workout. I love how there’s no focus on weight or body aesthetics.
