Not only did he support me in getting back to my best physically, but he also helped me rebuild the confidence to walk and run as I did before my ankle injury. Thanks to Mike Ho’s expertise and guidance, I was able to regain my strength and trust in my body again. bertie malco Fantastic gym. £5 per session as a non member at the time of writing. Friendly and helpful staff, all the people training there were also friendly and no gym ego. Old school and new kit, really something for everyone. Lots of parking, good selection of supplements. I travel around for work and I wish there were more places like this, it is the only reason to return to Selby.

Shui Choo Tan I have joined Housed since April 2025 and see myself getting stronger from session to session. I like the friendly instructors, in particular, Georgia, Ariana, Chiara and Molly. Harmony was the customer service staff when I first joined at Chatswood Pilates. She patiently helped to set up my membership and explained the logistics very clearly. She even gave me her contact number in case I have any problem. Sure enough, I did call her up to help to resolve a few issues/problems I encountered even when she was moved to Bondi Pilates or somewhere. She helped me with my daughters membership issues as well. I am so grateful for her help even when she is no longer in Chatswood Pilates. I also like the fact that I can put my membership on hold whenever I go travelling.
