Bronwen Young The Sports Clinic of Melbourne was recommended by my daughter as I recently twisted my knee. I attended this morning and was assisted by Sean who conducted a thorough inspection of any damage. Fortunately not a significant injury and a few simple but impactful strengthening exercises will have me hiking again soon. I am super impressed with the care and attention - all conducted in a timely manner. Sean is delightful.

Tushita Sharma Love this Pilates studio! Pia is an amazing instructor. She makes every session fun, challenging, and super rewarding. The classes are well-structured and cater to all fitness levels, which makes it easy to stay motivated. I’ve noticed a big difference in my strength and posture. Highly recommend!
