King Tracey (TK) I signed up for a 6 week pass at Wave having never done reformer pilates before. Natalie and Andrea were so welcoming and knowledgeable and guided me beautifully through my first few sessions. I have never felt so energised after exercise and would walk home feeling somehow taller than when I went in! Ive now returned to the UK and havent found anywhere that comes close to this studio. Its a gem - friendly, fun, energising but calming and great value for money. Thank you both :)

Ryan King I have been training with Sam Arnott the last 2 years and have seen massive improvement both on the field and off. He has help me with my rehab after dislocating my shoulder and knee. The facility it self is also amazing run by the best people.

Caitlin K Im a little hesitant to leave this review, because I selfishly dont want the classes to book out here! This is honestly the best Pilates studio Ive ever been to. Neha is amazing and took exceptional care of me during my pregnancy (and before/after!), as did the other instructors. I also feel really comfortable in class - its a friendly vibe, but still professional. Thank you to you and the team for always giving me a great experience.

Meekee Dee Had a wonderful experience at Kieser! Mariam was delightful! What a great personality and so skilled!!!! She treated my lower back and painful glute muscle and I’m 8.5 months pregnant. She is a miracle worker! Highly recommend! The strength training is like no other and you will see a noticeable difference in the reduction of pain and strength! Thank you team!
