Having never done anything like this before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Jim’s teaching style is very clear, easy to understand and he does it all with a touch of humour. What stands out most is how the training goes beyond physical skills, lessons on breathing, posture and staying composed under pressure have been really helpful for everyday life. It’s not just about learning to defend yourself, it’s about building confidence, emotional control, and resilience that have carried over into my work, relationships and stressful situations.
