1 /5 UndeadFroggo: Absolutely atrocious behaviour. I came in wanting to alter my wedding ring, and the woman asked me why I didnt take it to where I had originally bought it. As if I had gotten it somewhere else. I told her Id gotten it from here, and she told me no. So she looked through the past transactions and, wouldnt yknow, found it. After telling me it would cost over $800 to have a new ring made, I eventually decided Id rather just be REIMBURSED for the ring and find a replacement elsewhere. My over $2,000 gold ring. After she SOLD IT FOR SCRAP without telling me that was what she was doing (no communication, no conversation, nothing), she gave me about $400 and told me to have a nice day. I left and balled my eyes out. Realistically, I should have asked where the rest of my money was, stood my ground, and made a point of how her behaviour was completely unacceptable, but there were people waiting and I was too overwhelmed to articulate my feelings. Obviously, Ill never go back, and dont worry, Ive been letting people know how stingy and dodgy this place is.
