Benjamin Mason Our kids have been doing jiu jitsu at Gracie Barra Heights for a couple of years and we weren’t sure how to feel when they announced that they were moving and changing names. But the new gym is incredible! More space, more classes, new facilities, but with the same great instructors from the GB Heights location. Our kids have loved their time there and gotten a ton out of it and we can’t wait to see what the new facility evolves into. Plus coffee and yoga for parents (and kickboxing and bjj if that’s your thing) with comfy places to sit and work while your kids train. A welcome change from the other kids activities where you are left sitting in an uncomfortable space with nothing to do. Highly recommend trein if you are interested in jiu jitsu for you or your children.

Renee Richardson Enlist now bootcamp has been a constant in my routine for over ten years now. I love training outdoors all throughout the year and really enjoy the variety of the classes. It has elevated my fitness to my new levels and I have made some wonderful friendships - it’s a great program to be a part of.

Katrina Walker A wonderfully supportive community club, FBGC provides a great environment for kids (and adults!) to learn gymnastics in a safe and positive way. The coaches deliver an excellent programme for skill development, keeping kids moving, and fostering team work. They provide regular communication and reporting on results of assessments for skills progress.

Charlie Bell pure boxing is the most welcoming gym out there. they welcome everyone at all levels with open arms and big smiles, the dedication from the trainers is massive, coming in every night to run classes and improve everybody who walks in the door. pure boxing is something else
