North Side Yoga - VIC

Renee T I felt incredibly grateful to find Franziska as an instructor. I had always been an active person, but I had been experiencing severe hip pain and was avoiding all exercise. My physio encouraged me to try Franziskas classes. I started attending in 2020. I have been attending classes regularly since. Franziska has amazing knowledge of Iyengar Yoga and extensive knowledge of the body and how it should move. Her classes have limited numbers, so each student is given guidance on correctly learning and building on their yoga practice. The classes are always a bit different, I feel like I learn something new with every class. Thank you Franziska for how much I have learned and been able to grow stronger in body and mind. I am looking forward to another year of classes :)

Alan Redenbach As far as footy grounds go, this is a good country one. Great footy oval, netball courts, tennis courts next door. Good clubhouse, canteen cooks a great variety and burger men as per most country footy clubs..

Eduardo Azevedo Due to lower-back pain, Ive decided to try Pilates for the first time, and was glad I found Katias Le Lithe Body studio. As a first-time Pilates participant, I was concerned if I would even be able to perform the exercises, but Katia immediately assured me that with the right commitment, it was possible, and she was right! With a very human and personal approach, Katia helped me to achieve results that not only boosted my confidence in showing me that I could do that sort of exercise but also helped the very reason I looked for Pilates in the first place. Katias support helped me to strengthen my core muscles and as a result, my lower back pain is way better and manageable now.
