The atmosphere is welcoming whether you’re a beginner or experienced fighter. The workouts are tough but rewarding — I’ve noticed huge improvements in my fitness and confidence. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get stronger and learn real boxing technique!

Its been more than a year and I can see a lot of changes in my confidence, mental health and physical health while doing the circuit rounds. Would highly recommend!!!
