Helen Siljic I’ve been a member of NBRHD Fitness since the first year the gym opened, 14 years ago! I was 44 years old back then, now nearly 58. Transition through peri menopause, and post menopause now, this gym has played a big part in making this stage of my life a very positive experience! I am fitter now and healthier, than I was in my 30s and 40s, thanks to David’s amazing training and supportive environment in all areas of our health. David and the other trainers provide professional expertise in their fitness training, balanced sessions with amazing variety. A fun, as well as a very welcoming community, which feels like you are working out with friends, with lots of laughs. A personalised approach, even in a group environment, to feel looked after. I look forward to remaining strong well into my second half of life, thanks to NBRHD Fitness! Also, such a bonus our membership contributes and supports the poorest of the poor in Zimbabwe.
