Amanda is an incredible instructor, so kind, down to earth, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. She takes the time to make sure you’re doing everything correctly and is always there to offer support when something is challenging. The class schedule is very flexible, which makes it easy for me to fit it in. I’ve seen amazing results since I started and feel so much stronger and more confident.
