After taking a break during COVID, I unfortunately injured my shoulders and decided to start personal training sessions with Dave Richardson twice a week to help with my rehab. A year later, I’m not only fully recovered but also stronger than ever! Dave has been fantastic throughout the process. What I appreciate the most is Dave’s ability to modify exercises on the fly, ensuring I’m always challenged but never at risk of further injury. I’m constantly surprising myself with what I can achieve in our sessions—exercises that seemed impossible when I first started are now part of my regular routine, and I barely even think twice about them. I genuinely look forward to our sessions, not just for the workout but also for the funny chats and banter.
