If only all businesses provided such exemplary customer service as I experienced here from Keith et al., the world would be a better place. I was in need of a new bale to be fitted on a family-heirloom St. Christopher pendant, and I ended up buying a gorgeous 18k gold chain to go with the pendant as a gift for my fiance. We were accommodated wonderfully for a quick turnaround (of just a few days!) due to going overseas which I am so appreciative of. The pendant was brought back to life and to an absolutely stunning and freshly polished shimmering gold, the new bale was most pleasing to the eye and a magnificent finish also.
