5 /5 F S: I’ve recently joined Silverback Studios and have been having tailored sessions with Dawn and Ellen. They are absolutely amazing! Both are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and really take the time to personalise each session to fit my needs and goals. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and genuinely care about your progress. The studio itself is in a great location, easy to get to, and a really positive, welcoming space. I’m already seeing results and feeling better, both mentally and physically. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and motivating support!

5 /5 Aprille: I joined Silverback in December of last year because I wanted to improve my running and cycling. I entered the 14.4KM Run4 the Kids, which was in April this year. I really didnt think that my training leading up to the event was as good as it was last year, so I had no expectations about improving my time. To my shock and disbelief....I managed to run 8 min faster this year. The only thing I did differently was to go along to Silverback consistently twice a week. It was an outcome that I never expected.(For context, Im 58... no spring chicken!). I heard Pilates was good, but it is an understatement. The instructors are amazing, and everyone is encouraged to work toward their own goals and abilities. What I really like is the combination of personalised instruction during the class, working hard on core strength and specific muscle groups, and grounding exercises to reduce stress and help me focus on just being there in the moment. I am really glad that I am a part of the Silverback experience. Thank you

5 /5 Sarah K: What a brilliant Pilates studio. The instructors are all so friendly and knowledgeable, supporting us all throughout the classes. The other clientele are all so lovely too. Silverback has managed to create such a wonderful little community. I joined for a month but definitely plan on extending my membership.

5 /5 Jodie Odgers: Silverback Studios, why didn’t I join earlier?! Dawn and the team are ultimate professionals, the classes are well structured and no class is ever the same which I love. It’s one of the most welcoming exercise environments I’ve ever experienced. They cater for all ability levels and accommodate injuries with different variations offered so that everyone can get what they need from a class. I love being part of the Silverback community and have even made some wonderful friends too. I am loving getting stronger, fitter and more flexible with the Silverback crew. I highly recommend joining - you won’t regret it!!

5 /5 Melissa Nasser: This is all round the best Pilates studio to cater for a range of needs. When I was looking for strength and tone the classes were challenging but supported so I never felt injured after. When pregnant, every move was considered, explained and modelled correctly so I never had to worry I was going to harm my baby. Looking forward to returning post partum with my baby as it is such a lovely and positive environment. Well done to the Silver back team
