St Kilda Sea Baths Complex - VIC

John Logan St Kilda Sea Baths is the best. I particularly like the steam room, get nice and hot, then straight out into the Bay for a cool off. Very invigorating, especially in winter. The stand up spa is also great with the ability to direct the strong jets to anywhere on your body that needs it.

Pilates Bodyworks South Yarra - VIC

Kate Dowling Ive been attending Pilates Bodyworks in South Yarra for over five years now and couldnt recommend Karen and the team more highly. I first started seeing Karen when I moved to South Yarra and have since attended classes on various days/times with a number of different instructors too. Despite being in a class with up to three other people, I always feel as though Im getting a very tailored, individualised service. (Note: You can opt to attend individual classes too). Pilates helped me get in shape for my wedding, stay fit in the lead up to the birth of my first child, and get my core strength back after pregnancy. These classes are something I look forward to every week and are something I get a lot out of in terms of strength and fitness too!

R.A.W. Personal Training - VIC

Laura Pietromartire Robbie is honestly the best PT I’ve ever seen. I started seeing Robbie after being quite sick for a few months and had surgery. Robbie listened to what I needed and started to ease me into strength training. He helped rebuild my confidence to get back into training and kept pushing my limits to get the best results out of me. His sessions are dedicated, focused and completely tailored to suit your needs. Our sessions were so much fun, Robbie is awesome to train with and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
