Andrea Barboco I started my fitness journey with Ian. Im a beginner, never been to gym and ever had any diet. But thanks to Ian i have gained 6kg in weight and staying fairly lean. I have learnt so much about how to exercise properly, proper technique, how to target muscles properly whilst exercising and about how to maintain a balanced diet. I really misunderstood fitness, it thought i had to give up eating out and be very strict. But, no its all about maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I’m really thankful and would definitely recommend Neo U Fit to everyone i know.

Zest Total Fitness - VIC

Cassandra Henderson Amanda at Zest fitness is amazing at what she does and I have seen awesome results with her personal training. Her Saturday morning bootcamp is also a killer, but so much fun. She has created such a supportive environment - I would highly recommend to anyone!

Strong Pilates - Cheltenham - VIC

Denise Satti Strong Pilates Cheltenham are very well instructed and easy to understand / follow with TV screens across the room . Each class is different and you can always expect a good workout The variety of classes are the perfect level of challenging yourself and keeping things interesting. The instructors are fantastic and provide great modifications as well if you happen to be restricted like me . All instructors are warm and friendly ,knowledgeable and very supportive, making every class enjoyable and effective, regardless of your ability level . Highly recommended and no one gets left behind
