5 /5 Marie Arielle: I had an excellent experience at Sports Girl in Cranbourne Park. The staff, particularly Gabi and Maya, were exceptionally professional!. I had originally gone to just buy a pair of jeans and their knowledge and willingness to assist made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their dedication to ensuring I found exactly what I needed, combined with their friendly and approachable manner. It is clear that Gabi and Maya take great pride in providing outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Sports Girl to anyone seeking both quality products and amazing service!

1 /5 Sienna: I walked in to sportsgirl Cranbourne park today just to do some shopping but I was shocked to see what seemed to be upper management speaking extremely rudely to a team member. The blonde lady (upper management) spoke extremely condescendingly to the team member and was quite blunt and inconsiderate. It was quite confronting to hear as a customer and put me off shopping there. I felt so bad for the team member and after the blonde lady left I made sure she was okay as it is not okay to speak to anyone in that way. I hope the team member is okay! She was extremely helpful and very sweet! Please look after your staff and treat them well! If there is feedback to be given to team members, please do so in a constructive and supportive manner NOT in front of customers. If there are things to be done, you can ask your team members politely ESPECIALLY infront of customers!

5 /5 Eric Wright: My partner and I are not from this area and have come all the way down from Shepparton this morning we went into sportsgirl Cranbourne today to look for something fit for a wedding and something that my partner will comfortably wear as shes pregnant we were lucky enough to be met by the store manager of the store who was professional , knew what she was talking about and successfully found my wife something beautiful to wear that she feels confident in. Above and beyond service thank you so much for making our experience great we will be back
