The special guests invited to the retreat, each gifted us with their expertise in practices attuned to developing a deeper connection and awareness to our innerselves. I absolutely loved everything about it. The food was abundant, so so tasty and beautifully presented. I loved every minute.

5 /5 Sandy Turner: I’ve recently returned from the Studio Paradise 6 night retreat in Ubud, Bali and it was amazing! For starters the accommodation was out of this world and the food was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Add to that a fabulous and varied line-up of classes, workshops and facilitators, some sharing modalities I’d not experienced before, and you have a recipe for a great retreat. 5 /5 Miss Understood: Welcoming well equipped with all the required yogic tools and comfortable nurturing studio.The one session I attended was beautifully guided by Ange who made the session accessible safe and ensured everyone was cared for. Deeply relaxing with her attentive cuing and sound healing- allowing space for rest & digest time. Its rare to find yoga sessions that are following the origins of what the roots and philosophy of what yoga / union offers for our innate healing abilities. Highly recommend.

natalie jans Amazing gym the facilities are fantastic having the pool, spa and massage chairs as well as the wide range of gym equipment makes it perfect as everything is in the one place all at a great affordable price. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. All the safety features of face scanning and lockable lockers makes it much more comforting that your personal belongings are always safe, definitely the best gym to join !!

Active Mum Fitness/Gym - Mums & Bubs - Manly - VIC

Kat Houghton I’ve been attending Active Mums recently after giving birth to my second child, and it has been such a positive experience! Losing weight has been challenging, but the classes have really helped strengthen my core and improve my fitness. The best part is that I can bring both my baby and my three-year-old toddler along, which makes it so much easier to fit exercise into my routine. The environment is welcoming, and Julie the instructor is great at supporting postpartum mums. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get back into fitness after having a baby!
