Jane Gough I love this place! Since joining in January, I have felt so encouraged and supported by the great staff and trainers. The classes are so much fun and the perfect amount of physical challenge. The equipment is new and well looked after and the facilities in general are well maintained and clean. I highly recommend it!

Olivia Russell 3E Fitness, is such an amazing place to train. I have been there for 7 years and I have loved every second. I first started training during the child friendly day sessions and now attend the early mornings. I have been supported at every session by the incredible trainers, who are always on hand to assist you. I am happier, stronger and fitter than I have ever been and I cant recommend 3E enough!

Tahsin Kaplan I attended the mat and tower/cadillac trainings with Amy at Corepower Pilates. It’s truly incredible how she shares her years of industry experience through these trainings. In addition to being a highly experienced Pilates instructor, she is also an amazing teacher. I came from a background with no connection to the field—only doing bodybuilding—and she played a major role in my rapid and impressive progress. I also had the opportunity to join many group classes during this process, and I genuinely recommend both her trainings and classes to everyone.
