Katie Phan If you’ve ever wanted to fly (well, almost!), this aerial yoga studio is the place to be. The teacher, Priscilla, is basically a superhero in disguise! She is patient, inspiring, and somehow makes upside-down poses feel doable. Every class feels like a personal journey and is full of positive energy. You’ll leave the class feeling stronger, more flexible, and laughing at how much fun aerial yoga can be!

Nikki N Hands down the best gym in North Sydney!! . There’s a really nice community vibe in the gym and Pat & Hazel + the rest of the staff are super approachable and have always been so welcoming, friendly and helpful! The gym itself is really clean, has plenty of space, shower facilities and all the equipment you’d need. Couldn’t recommend more!

Catherine Burgess Tayla made my first ever pilates class so much better than i could’ve hoped for, the amount of support and praise i recieved made me feel way less like a fish out of water and calmed my nerves by a mile !!

Jesse Boness Gym is clean and nice with kind / friendly staff. Free first session for myself and partner to try out the gym and see what things were like was really pleasing. Happy to become a member of this gym.
