Carlton Jim LTYB in Bally has been amazing – we moved into the area having come from another brilliant gym where we were previously, wondering if wed ever find something that would ever meet those same standards. Once we found Jared and the crew, I have to say we found our answer here OTB. They really do strike the perfect balance between meeting where youre at with pushing you just beyond your limits so you actually get fitter – something I think is harder to find that it would seem! Strongly recommend!

Anita Sara I had a number of sessions with Nicole Ong the psychologist and she is a highly professional, willing and kind practitioner. Her skills in breaking down complex problems, being an excellent listener and being knowledgeable in a specific treatment you request (DBT therapy) was really great. She was able to open my mind to understanding the situations around me as someone who suffers from multiple mental health ailments. The more consistent you are at regularly attending sessions with Nicole, you will be assured to have excellent results.

John OHare Love this gym ... staff are friendly, equipment is absolutely top notch and I really like the way the gym is separated into consecutive rooms of cardio machines, cable machines, and free weights / bench / press with studios upstairs. Its a great set-up, and NO annoying music. I didnt have classes in my 2 week visitors membership, but was very impressed with the Neo-Tokyo neon spin room. I got in 6 great workouts over my 2 weeks in town and loved it. Ill definitely be signing up again to keep the middle-aged-man-ceps happy next time Im in the UK to visit my Mum. Thanks to all the staff & fellow fitness fans at 5 Star for being awesome.
