Hezi Shi Marinos I dont personally trust many fitness coach but Van KNOWS what he does. Well designed program, great and comfortable atmosphere, and very reasonably priced. Strength and balance classes are my favourite, really enjoy the low-impact and safe exercises that really works and wont aggravate my back pain. 5/5

RISE Macclesfield - VIC

Rehoming Coordinator Best thing I could have done was join RISE. The exercises are so different, I never knew they existed! Hard exercises sometimes but thats a great challenge! Im stronger, literally. Still got a long way to go. But Ive seen a positive change. Im needing to be stronger and fitter as I get older, to enable me to look after my Husband when the Parkinsons really takes hold. Also, everyone is so nice too, always a great atmosphere. That means a lot!
