Benita De Vincentiis Gym review only. A great mid-sized set up. Easy system to pay for a casual visit. Found everything I needed for a workout and stretch session. Great soundtrack playing. There were 6-8 of us training at the one time comfortably. Couldn’t see water and a PT pointed me in the direction of the water bubbler outside. I’ll definitely visit again. Good set up.

Erica Bosloper Jason is a very knowledgeable, motivational, organised, patient and passionate trainer and I am absolutely ecstatic! with the results he has helped me achieve from 28 training sessions over the last 14 weeks. Jasons sessions are always varied with a predominant focus on strength & resistance training to increase my general fitness, correct my posture and prepare me for a 6 week ski trip. I have had a lot of fun along the way and many interesting conversations. I would highly recommend Jason! & look forward to more training sessions in 2023 :-)

Amy ODonnell I worked with Paolo for my first bodybuilding show in Sydney. Paolo is an amazing coach who made me feel supported every step of the way. He always made sure my mental health was priority and ensured I was on track to be stage ready. It was a great first bodybuilding experience. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Paolo if you are considering getting on stage or just wanting help with any aspect of training and nutrition in general!
