Jimmy Cowen Seriously, David is the best physio Ive ever seen! A sense of calm washes over me each time I enter his lovely studio. Legendary at pinpointing exactly whats causing my issue. Amazingly skilled with magic hands that work wonders. My mobility has improved dramatically. Incredibly grateful for his expert care!

Jawad Arain This is a basic gym under the Hopetoun bridge next to the bouldering wall which is handy for warming up. There is a sit-up board, ladder, horizontal bar, monkey bars and steps.

Kayla B JNPT is a really great place to train. Everyone is down to earth and the gym is relaxed, friendly, and free of judgment/ego. Jeremy pays attention to what actually works for you and what weak spots or injuries you may have, so every session feels achievable and purposeful. Jeremy is super accomodating and this makes showing up easy and consistency achievable.
