Robert Grey Fitness - VIC

Brooke Tonkin Yay Yoga with Jaime is great. I had never done yoga before (and had zero flexibility), but Jaime was very welcoming and keen to help me get the most out of my yoga sessions while keeping within my capabilities. She also caters for those that are more advanced by providing options to make the poses more intense. Ive noticed quite an improvement in my flexibility in the few months that Ive been going. Highly recommend.

Be Pure Pilates & Barre Studio - VIC

Cassie Maher Ris is beyond amazing! She has brought back strength in my shoulder after a bad injury and surgery. She is very good at tailoring sessions to everyone’s needs and gauging when to push you further as well as making everything achievable. There is such a variety of classes and Ris is always so flexible at fitting in what anyone wants or needs. I cant recommend her highly enough!
