Core Physio & Pilates - VIC

L P I have been going to Core for a few years. I have worked with physios, Keely & Nicki and I have met a few of their other physios. All the people at Core are very friendly and their physios are the best. They are so knowledgeable and they care about their clients. I have Diffuse Scleroderma and Osteoporosis and I have been helped immensely through my program with Nicki. I am in a group of 3-4 people and she has tailored a program to help improve my strength and range of motion. I am very lucky to have found Core.

ME Pilates - VIC

Mary Stephens Eve is the type of Pilates Instructor you travel suburbs for. She is simply the best. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and human movement. Whether it’s your posture, your strength or you just want to move well, Eve is the Pilates expert. Her studio is well equipped and her classes are always enjoyable and often surprisingly challenging. You will leave feeling taller, lighter and better equipped to face whatever comes next.

Motherz Yoga - VIC

meena s I have been attending the prenatal yoga classes recently, and its a great experience so far. Ragini is knowledgeable and made sure to explain each pose in detail. She checks in with each participant to understand their problems and tailor the sessions accordingly. One of the highlights for me is the focus on relaxation techniques and breathing exercises. I highly recommend her prenatal yoga class to any expecting mother.
