So, I went to MCAP, Adam (Physiotherapist) devised a realistic , systematic program that built strength, mobility and flexibility. He consistently adjusted the program to reflect small gains and achievements. His considerable knowledge of what was required was evident as he addressed any small issues that occurred. 4 months on both my surgeon and Adam are very pleased with my progress and I am well underway to a full recovery. I cannot recommend MCAP highly enough

Feels Pilates Avalon - VIC

Jodie McBride I love this beautiful, airy studio. I’ve only started 8 days ago and I feel so much stronger with no back pain already. Being a photographer I have to lift cameras all day, I now have to go to Pilates to have a pain free work day. All the instructors have been amazing and help me with form when needed. Very happy customer here, I highly recommend!

Escape with Yoga - VIC

KAREN CAUWOOD Escape with Yoga is exactly what it says. A great escape from our busy life with a calming mix of yoga and meditation. Sara is a fantastic instructor and has created a lovely, relaxed space. I cannot recommend highly enough. I attend weekly classes and recently experienced the mini retreat. It was my first time and won’t be my last.

Vfit Personal Training - VIC

Heather Soni Victoria is so awesome! I needed a knowledgeable trainer that would help me gain strength to lessen the back spasms I was experiencing. She has a deep understanding of physiology and is an experienced trainer. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable in her gym. She cares deeply about her clients. She always remembers where you are at and pushes you up to the next level. I always sweat and feel great after working out with her. I’ve gained strength and confidence as her client and I would highly recommend her whether you are just getting back into it or if you are looking to get to next levels of your work outs.

BFT Wentworth Point - VIC

Ashraf Eissa I love it. I honestly cannot describe how satisfied I am with their program. I have been going for over 2 months now. The session is 50min, I go early in the morning, finish my exercise quickly and feel great and energized the rest of the day. If I spent 2 hours at the gym, I will not get half of the exercise I get done in less than 50min. The program varies each time, always exciting and motivating. Each exercise is timed and you have a screen in front of you showing you the exercise. There are 3 coaches in every session, they are amazing, the fix your exercise technique and motivate you. It is much better than a personal training session. My fitness now is heaps better than before I joined BFT. I can see results in my everyday life, even when I am at the park with the kids, I am much fitter, quicker and do not feel tired like I use to be. They know it is good and give you 5 trial sessions. I suggest trying at least 4 sessions from different themes, no way you will not like it. Thank you BFT, I will stay with you forever.
