With no two workouts being the same each week, exercising stays exciting and enjoyable. Each workout also has the flexibility to adjust movements, under the direction of our coaches, based on personal needs. The coaches are so knowledgeable and experienced in their field and will use what they know to guide every member in getting the most out of their workouts and achieving their own goals, without compromising on personal safety. It doesnt matter what class you go to, the members of crossfit feelgood, are genuinely good people. They will become your biggest cheerleards and celebrate your wins with you like it was their own. I started at cross fit feeld good over two years ago, following the birth of my 3rd baby. I have taken the kids with me to each class and they have safely watched on from the pram or the secure loft. Highly reccomend Crossfit feel good for the positve change you and the whole family can benefit from.

Penny Fish I tried there ballet class! From someone who’s never done dancing before and no rhythm in there body, I still loved it! sanasi was funny and inclusive and Definitely recommend! I had so much fun. But Unfortunately my past knee injury had flared up and I can’t continue ballet anymore. But Sinasi deserves a 5 star for making the class super fun and engaging for all levels of students !

F K The manager greeted us kindly. Very easy to talk to and very helpful. The gym is clean. Bathrooms have been clean during the day but at night, some people just dont know how to clean after themselves. However, thats not the managers fault. I really feel comfortable at the gym and the environment somehow motivates me. The music in the background is good. Fresh cold water is supplied. Antibac spray and tissue paper is also available, located at multiple places around the club. There is plenty of parking outside the gym. It doesnt smell bad at the gym. People dont smell bad. I appreciate the gym and would like to have like-minded people working out there.

The studio has such a warm, welcoming vibe and all the instructors are incredible, super friendly and motivating. Every class left me feeling strong and happy. I moved away recently and I’m honestly so sad about it, it’s such a special place and I miss it heaps! Henrietta E xxx
