Amy McConnell Such a supportive, friendly studio with incredibly knowledgeable instructors. Every class is engaging, challenging, and never the same twice. They’re great at tailoring exercises to suit individual needs, which makes the experience feel really personal. I’ve made some great friends through these classes. The tower sessions with Nicole are unique and fun, something different to the conventional reformer class. Every instructor brings something special and are all queens! Highly recommend this gem of a studio!
